I've worked in Real Estate helping many clients in the Downsizing process since 2009.
Passionate in helping women facing life changing events.
Melodie has successfully closed Real Estate transactions in the Greater Portland area since 2009. Soon after, she earned the Senior Real Estate Speialist Designation and the Master Certified Negotiation Designation. Her specialties are assisting in the Downsizing Process and helping seniors and women who are faced with life changing events. She has many connections for referrals in the moving process.

Since 2009, Melodie has been a trusted Realtor in the Greater Portland area. Her career is built on a foundation of empathy and strategic excellence, specifically tailored to those navigating significant life transitions and the complexities of the downsizing process. Melodie is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the local Portland Metro Association of Realtors where she serves as a committee member.
For four years she served on the Planning Commission for a small town in Marion County helping make decisions for the future of the town. It was during that time she learned about City Government, Laws and Ordinances that affect Real Estate.

Beyond the Business
When I’m not assisting clients with their real estate transitions, I find joy in sewing and knitting. I am also an avid gardener, raising flowers and propagating seeds. Raising chickens and vegetables is rewarding.
I am married with three grown children and six grandchildren.
